1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings of our apartment / holiday home made via our website.
2. Conclusion of contract
A binding rental agreement between the host and the guest comes into effect when the booking is completed.
3. Use of the accommodation
The accommodation may be used for residential purposes only. The maximum number of guests stated in the booking may not be exceeded. Parties and events are not permitted. Subletting is prohibited.
4. Pets & smoking
Pets are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
5. Check-in / check-out
Check-in from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out until 11:00 a.m.
6. Prices, payment & cancellation
The prices as well as the payment and cancellation conditions stated at the time of booking apply. In the event of early departure there is no entitlement to a refund.
7. Damage & liability of the guest
The guest undertakes to treat the accommodation with care. Damage must be reported immediately. The guest is liable for all damage caused by them or by fellow travellers. (No deposit is charged.)
8. Liability of the host
The host is not liable for the loss of or damage to the guest’s personal belongings.
9. Security cameras
There are cameras at the apartment entrance doors which record the outdoor areas / entrances only. There are no cameras indoors. The recordings serve security purposes and are deleted after 30 days at the latest.
10. Termination in the event of a breach of the rules
In the event of serious breaches (e.g. parties, exceeding the number of guests, bringing pets), the stay may be terminated without notice. No refund will be made.
11. Contact form & communication
If guests use our contact form, the data entered (e.g. name, e-mail, message) will be used exclusively to process the enquiry. It will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be deleted as soon as the enquiry has been concluded, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
12. Applicable law
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is – as far as legally permissible – the registered office of the host in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW).
