1. Consideration for neighbours: We ask our guests to respect the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and to be considerate of the neighbours.

2. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

3. Pets: Pets are not permitted in our holiday apartment unless an exception has been agreed in advance.

4. Visitor policy: The number of overnight guests must match the booking. Additional overnight guests are only possible on request.

5. Waste disposal: Please separate your waste and dispose of it in accordance with local regulations.

6. Loss of keys: If the apartment key is lost, a fee of € 50 will be charged. The same applies to the loss of the underground car park remote control (€ 50).

7. Water consumption: Please use water sparingly and report any leaks immediately.

8. Security: Please always close all doors and windows when you leave the apartment. Lock the apartment door. Always switch off the lights when you leave the apartment.

9. Check-out time: Check-out is at 11 a.m. Please keep to this time so that the apartment can be cleaned for the next guest.

10. Use of Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi is intended for legal and appropriate use. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

11. Reporting damage: Please report any damage or problems that occur during your stay immediately.

12. No open flames: Do not light any candles, matches or incense sticks.

13. Parking: If a parking space is provided, please park only in the designated areas and respect the parking rules.

14. Dishes / kitchen: Please wash the dishes you have used or use the dishwasher before you leave the apartment.

15. Terrace: Please put the seat cushions back into the box.
